Yoghurt mango

Frozen yoghurt is one of summer’s best inventions! Easy to make, cheap and cooling for during these temperatures. It’s also just a tad healthier than normal ice cream – win!

How to make this frozen yoghurt?
Grind the frozen mango with the vegetable yoghurt in a blender until smooth.
Then cut open the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh from the peel. Stir the flesh into the yoghurt mixture.
Then spoon the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Divide the frozen yoghurt between two bowls before serving.
