Galacto-oligosaccharides

FITSHE prebiotic powder is based on galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), these increase the production of bifidobacteria in your gut and relieve symptoms related to IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). GOS has been produced for decades and is widely regarded as an important component of baby milk formulas. The GOS contained in our prebiotic powder is the most researched GOS in the world and therefore extremely safe.

PREBIOTICS

Our gut bacteria are happier with prebiotics. Why? Prebiotics follow our digestive system, untouched, until they meet our gut bacteria. The latter, in turn, make good use of them: prebiotics are a source of nutrition for the good bacteria in our gut, and stimulate the growth and activity of these bacteria. In other words, there are more of these good bacteria and they can do their job better. Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are examples of good bacteria. When these good bacteria break down the fibers, substances are released called short-chain fatty acids. These substances have all kinds of effects; for example, they improve the functioning of the intestine and also contribute to improved functioning of the immune system. So there are only benefits to be gained! Enough reason to find out in which products you can find prebiotic fibers.

Whey protein

Whey protein concentrate from FITSHE is extracted from milk and contains lactose. Whey protein ensures a growth in muscle mass and provides support in the recovery of your muscles after a workout. It’s both a booster and a recoverer!

Vegan protein

Our plant-based protein powders are organic and made from pea protein with pumpkin protein and hemp protein. Vegan protein is certainly not inferior to its whey protein counterpart. Whatever your preference, with vegan protein from FITSHE you also work on building muscle mass and ensure smooth muscle recovery after your workout.

Magnesium

Our whey protein products contain the daily recommended amount of magnesium. This mineral is extremely good for your body: it contributes, among other things, to the proper functioning of your muscles – and that’s a good thing if you like to exercise.

Amino ACIDS

These are the building blocks of proteins. Amino acids exist as essential and non-essential amino acids. The latter are produced by the body, and the essential ones can be obtained from food. Like proteins themselves, amino acids ensure the proper formation of muscle and bone tissue. Amino acids are especially important if you exercise intensively.
