Spinach Avocado Protein Smoothie
All those healthy fibres also help you take away the well known ‘hungry feeling’ after you just got your butt kicked in the gym! And nobody likes to be hungry.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 2 scoops of FITSHE Pure Organic Whey Protein
- 200 g frozen spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- a splash of water
- Pineapple according to your taste
Let’s make it!
Put the frozen spinach in a blender first and add water until it becomes smooth. Thereafter, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until your shake is well mixed and smoothed out. You can keep your shake savoury, or add frozen pineapple pieces for example, in order to get a sweeter taste.
Then pour everything into a large glass or jar and enter recovery mode!
