Red Protein Fluff
Something magical seems to happen in your blender when the fruits and protein come together. Their mix becomes like the fluffiest of ice creams: rich in flavour and full of volume. With simple means, you can create a truly luscious experience, for after your workout or just because you deserve it!
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 5 scoops or 2 sachets of FITSHE After Workout
- 450 g frozen mixed red fruits (get a small box at your supermarket)
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 100 ml Almond Drink from Rude Health

Let’s make it!
You do need a strong blender able to crush ice for this one. Put the frozen fruit and the ice cubes in the blender. Mix until the fruit and ice have turned into tiny pieces, but have not become a smooth consistency yet. Add the protein powder and almond milk to the mixture, and keep blending. At some point, the mixture turns into a smooth consistency. Then again, just keep blending. The magic happens when the mixture starts to rise and turn fluffy. The consistency should be light yet firm. Add the fluff to a long glass or a bowl, dress to your liking, close your eyes, and enter protein paradise. Get the ingredients to your fluff right here!
