Overnight oats
Overnight oats is the perfect breakfast for anyone who has little time in the morning. You make this breakfast in the evening and leave it in the fridge overnight. In the early morning stir well and you have a delicious nutritious breakfast within minutes.
What you need
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 45 g oatmeal
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 240 ml plant-based milk
- 70 g frozen berries
- 1/2 banana (chopped)
- 1 handful of nuts and raisins
How to prepare it?:
- Put all ingredients in a large glass jar and stir well. Turn the lid on the jar, put in the refrigerator. Get a nice night’s sleep and wait it out.
- The next morning, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and stir well. Add the berries, banana and nuts and your breakfast is ready to be eaten.
