Protein Ice Cream
Let’s face it. We all love ice cream. So, here’s a little treat to put a smile on your face: homemade protein ice cream. Two ingredients. No guilty feelings. Read, learn and go with the FITSHE flow.
Ingredients for 1 shake:
- 1 big tub of organic Greek yoghurt, roughly 500 g (do yourself a favour and don’t go for the low-fat option as this will influence the creaminess of your ice cream (we suggest Yogood Original Greek yoghurt)
- 2,5 scoops or 1 sachet of FITSHE After Workout (vanilla or strawberry, which mood are you in?)

Let’s make it!
Grab a big Tupperware container and combine the Greek yoghurt with a sachet of FITSHE After Workout. Mix until smooth and soft. Spread a thin layer of the mixture into the container – the thinner the layer, the faster it will turn into ice cream! Freeze for one hour. Remove from the freezer and give it a churn. Use a spoon to break up any clumps in your protein packed mixture. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes. Repeat a few more times until the mixture reaches your preferred consistency. Now for the good bit: grab your ice cream, get a scoop and serve yourself a nice big guilt-free bowl. Feeling extra fiesta? Add some toppings such as sliced banana, coconut sprinkles, and some agave syrup.
