Healthy green smoothie with spinach
This green smoothie is full of vegetables, fruits and vitamins! So you start your day right or you have a healthy snack. Do you have an avocado lying around? You can just add it, it makes the smoothie a little creamier! Would you like to drink the smoothie for breakfast? Then add a few tablespoons of oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- 3 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 50 ml water
- Optional: avocado and oatmeal
How to make this green smoothie?
- Fill the blender with all the ingredients. The water will make it puree quickly and easily.
- Do you notice that your blender is getting stuck? Then you can add a few more tablespoons of water.
- Make sure you let the blender run long enough so it becomes a nice smooth smoothie.
