Green Smoothie
It is February already, we have picked up all our good resolutions and are ready for a fit year full of delicious and healthy recipes! Like this green smoothie that I often make at home. The mix of fruits and vegetables makes it very healthy but also filling. I hope you get as excited as I do!
What do you need?
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of broccoli
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lime (just the juice)
- 1 handful frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 piece of ginger (to taste)
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 banana
- water
How to make this smoothie?
- Put all the ingredients together in the blender and add water until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and enjoy!
