Detox Smoothie
I like to detox my body once every six months. For a week I only drink smoothies that are full of vitamins and boosters for your body. One of these smoothies is definitely my favorite and I want to share it with you!
What do you need?
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 apple
- 1 piece of ginger (to taste)
- 1 handful of pineapple
- water
How to make this smoothie?
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender blend until smooth.
- Serve the smoothie in a nice glass and enjoy!
