In order for us to handle your complaint correctly, we ask that you email it to us. We don’t do that to dismiss your complaint, but so we can take a good look at it and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

INFORMATION FLOW

We will inform you of the status of your complaint. Sometimes something is resolved quickly and sometimes it takes a little longer. There is always a solution! In any case, you will receive a substantive response from us within 7 working days of receiving your complaint.
