4 tips on how to get your daily movement

Perhaps the easiest tip that you can apply in daily life: take the stairs instead of the elevator! No matter how tempting it is to take the elevator, the stairs are your best friend!
Get some fresh air during your lunch break
If you sit in the office all day, chances are that you will not move much one day. A tip from us: go for a walk during your lunch break! Another tip: take your colleagues with you. Besides the fact that it is pleasant to walk with your colleagues, it has more advantages: you get some fresh air and you move!
Leave the car
Do you do everything by car? Then take your bike or go for a walk for shorter distances. This way you get more exercise in a day!
